Topic and title: Our first topic is inequality. It is titled "The Effects of Inequality on Junior High School Students."
OBJECTIVES 1 To enable us to provide better support and understand student from suffering from mental health issue. 2 To determine the cause and effect of different issues and how it affects students’ education and lives. 3 To be able to come up with a solution to mental health issues.
SPECIFIC QUESTIONS 1. As a student, how can we help a friend, classmate/schoolmate in overcoming these difficulties? 2. How does Mental Health Issues affect student’ performance? 3. Why do you think the topic is revelant to your target audience?
WHY DID WE CONDUCT THIS STUDY We conduct this study to help students' deepen their knowledge about these kind of topics. To examine and monitor students' condition . To implement effective mental health education programs and activities for students. In addition, to educate them that having a mental health issues is not easy as they think of it .
WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH What is Mental Health? Mental Health is a person’s state in terms of social, emotional and psychological well-being. It is about how our minds deals with feelings and emotions. It causes disturbances in thinking, behavior, energy or emotion that make it difficult to cope with the ordinary demands of life. Mental health should not be something to be ashamed of. If these proposal got accepted, we would like to find a way to help those students whose experiencing and struggling with mental health issues.
BACKGROUND OF THE STORY Mental Health Issues affects students in everything. Especially, the ability to be happy, productive, and to continue. The things they experience, the people they meet, and how they are treated immensely impacts their cognitive development and mindset. Furthermore, let us never forget that a person's feelings are always valid. We don't know what other people are going through and what are the things comes into their mind. Learn to feel the same way that others do and let others be themselves. At the end of the day, every student desires to succeed. They can accomplish great things with just a little encouragement. All we have to do is believe in them and reassure them that they are capable of it. When mental health issues are treated in the same way as other illnesses, more students will have the courage to seek help and improve their lives.
