How to Apply for a Travel Grant?  The grant application should be prepared in the following format (3 sets) T welve weeks prior Cover Letter Abstract of paper c) Copy of Acceptance Letter d) Two  recommendation letters e) Budget. f) Letter from the institution

When to start? If you are planning to attend a conference, it must be planned at least 4 months ahead . Application process for a travel grant is not easy. Before applying for the grants, make sure to do some  research   into the background of the organization you’re applying for.

International Travel Support (ITS) Provides financial assistance to Indian researchers for presenting a research paper in an international scientific event held abroad. Y oung scientists ( age limit below 35 years as on date of start of the event) for attending training programmes, Short-term schools and Workshops. Economy class air-fare by shortest route . Applications - 60-90 days before the start of event

Scope: To provide financial assistance for presenting a original research paper or chairing a session or delivering a keynote address in an international scientific event held abroad (conference/seminar/symposium etc.). : Masters degree in science International character No financial assistance earlier

Nature of Support : This scheme provides to & fro economic class air fare by the shortest route, airport tax and visa fees for attending the specific event. reimbursement basis
