Two way Communication: Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place, person or group to another. Any form of communication between two parties, both of whom can send and receive messages.
Advantages: By this students and teachers share ideas. Students remain attentive during class. Two way communication develop understanding of students. This develop confidence of students. This develop good relationship between teachers and students. This develop ability of students to learn new things. Feeling superior and secure. Develop disciplined environment.
Disadvantages: Sense of inferiority. Unclear concepts. Un attentive. Less creative. Undisciplined. Less confidence. Bad relationship between teacher and student.
How to improve? Develop awareness in teachers about two way communication. Administration should be organized. Teacher should take teaching as their responsibility not only as a duty to earn money only. Teachers should not do favoritism in class. They should develop equality.
