managementofhighereducation.TheUniversityGrantsCommission(UGC)
needstobemadeleanerandthinnerandgiventheroleofdisbursalof
scholarshipsandfellowships.
10)Top200foreignuniversitiesshouldbeallowedtoopencampusesin
Indiaandgivethesamedegreewhichisacceptableinthehomecountryof
