SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Introduction CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND In the constantly changing global business environment, the entrepreneurial mindset is widely acknowledged as a catalyst for innovation, economic advancement, and social betterment. As we confront a world characterized by unprecedented challenges and protects the significance of individuals with entrepreneurial inclinations grows ever more crucial. Within the domain of higher education, Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs are recognized as fertile terrain for cultivating upcoming business leaders, a significant portion of whom demonstrate entrepreneurial tendencies. Entrepreneurial attitude is one of the keys to be successful in the realm of business. This research aims to investigate, analyze, and gain a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial disposition exhibited by a specifically chosen AMB student, who represents a unique segment within the MBA cohort. In this research we take inspiration from pivotal contributions to the field of entrepreneurship, exemplified by the works of Shane and Venkatanaman (2000) and Morris, Schindehutte, and LaForge (2002). This seminal works emphasize the importance of entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors in shaping the outcomes of business endeavors. Expanding upon the these foundational concepts, our aim is to scrutinize the entrepreneurial mindset of the chosen AMB student by delving into essential aspects like motivation, risk, tolerance, adaptability, and strategic acumen. This investigation not only has the potential to advance the comprehension of entrepreneurial orientations within MBA programs but also to provide valuable insights for shaping educational approaches, curriculum, design, and career guidance, all of which can benefit prospective business leaders.

Through the use of a Qualitative methodology, this study seeks to provide a thorough grasp of the entrepreneurial attitudes of a subject of ABM students.
