In your chrome book you will find
the following icons

Set up a google classroom through google chrome web
• Go click the google chrome icon
•Go to classroom.google.com
•log in as: [email protected]
•password: Time4Google
The first time you arrive at the Google Classroom website you will see a screen
like the one below. Scroll down and choose student as your role.

•If at home, once you opened your chrome book and logged in to your google
classroom you will be notified by an invitation of all the teachers on which class
you are in. Just simply click JOIN CLASS

Join a Class with the Class Code:
1. . Click the + on the top right of the page to Join Class.
2. Enter the Class Code given to you by your teacher, and
click Join.

• Notify a teacher that you haven't joined the class yet
•Teacher will send you an invitation and you can see it
on your email or google classroom.
•Click accept or join class.

Students view: the stream
Add a Student Post to the Stream:
• Add text to the share something class bar
• Type something then click "Post"
• Optionally you can add other content to your post
•File Attachments: files saved locally on your
computer or device.
•Google Drive: Files saved in your Google Drive.
•Youtube Videos
•Web Links to outside websites, resources, etc. 
The Stream is where students can view and access announcements, assignments, discussion topics, and comments. If
enabled by the teacher, students can also add posts and leave comments.
Below are directions and reminders for students.
Note:
Use the post to ask a relevant question about class or assignments, collaborate with other students in your class, or to share relevant
resources related to the class subject and topics.  
Your comments are saved, even after they have been deleted. Your teacher can always see what you share so keep it appropriate!

Announcements will appear in the Stream, and are generally read-only, but
students have the option to leave a class comment if this has been enabled
by the teacher. Class comments are viewable by the teacher and all
students in the class. If the announcement has attachments, the students
can also view the files, links or videos.

Student’s View: Assignments
Posted assignments will appear in the Stream(though it can be viewed in the classwork too). You may be prompted to refresh the Stream or
assignment to see the latest updates. Students also have the option to leave a class comment if this has been enabled by the teacher.
Class comments are viewable by the teacher and all students in the class. Students will see the following information and options for each
assignment in the Stream
Class comments: visible to all

Work Status if done or undone,
submitted or not. Make sure to
click mark as done or submit if you
are done.

Private comments: only visible
to teachers

Add or Create: if you need to
attach a document required in
your assignment

To Join in to google meeting click the meet link right below the class name
on the stream page.
Note: Attendance will be checked via Google Meet.
Use/click the link only if the teachers advised you to do so.

To answer your assignment in google forms make sure that you filled in
everything and click "submit" or else it will not be submitted.
