InnovateChem: Design Thinking Design Thinking Training Facilitator Academic Head, USTP-SHS She is a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English from Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan. She completed her academic requirement for Masters in English Language and Literature from the same university. Presently, she is taking her Masters in Education major in Education Management. Professionally, she has taught for over 9 years in the field of English Language and Literature and Research. She is a trainer for LET and Civil Service Examinations, IELTS, TOEFL and Praxis. She has been trained in various innovative frameworks like Design Thinking and Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate (CDIO). As and educator, she has been practicing the integration of innovative frameworks in her instruction in English and Research. Presently she is the Research Coordinator and the Academic Coordinator of the Senior High School Department and the Graduate Scholarship Coordinator at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP).
