INTRODUCTION This report provides a detailed overview of the training conducted at the Mahindra Tractor Center. The training program was designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants regarding the operation, maintenance, and service of Mahindra tractors. OBJECTIVE The primary objectives of the training program were: 1-To provide comprehensive knowledge about Mahindra tractor models and their features. 2-To impart practical skills for the efficient operation and maintenance of tractors. 3-To ensure participants are capable of troubleshooting and servicing tractors. 4-To update participants on the latest technological advancements and best practices in tractor management .

3-Hydraulics and Electrical Systems: Basics of hydraulic systems and their maintenance. Electrical systems, wiring, and common issues. 4-Operation and Safety: Safe operation practices. Operator controls and dashboard indicators. 5-Maintenance Procedures: Routine maintenance tasks. Troubleshooting common problems. 6-Advanced Diagnostics and Repair: Using diagnostic tools and software. Advanced repair techniques for complex issues.
