Each class follows a daily schedule that is organized by the program.

PERPULANGAN DAN PERIJINAN PERPULANGAN SISWA/I DIADAKAN KETIKA LIBUR TERM (3 BULAN/SEKALI) Pada prinsipnya , tidak ada perijinan pulang siswa , kecuali hanya untuk hal-hal yang mendesak sbb : Siswa sakit yang butuh penanganan lebih lanjut setelah mendapat rekomendasi dari UKS. Keluarga inti sakit dan dirawat di RS, Keluarga meninggal , Acara keluarga inti, misal kakak / orangtua wisuda , kakak menikah dsb . Prosedur Perijinan : Perijinan paling lambat h-2 untuk Keperluan yang sudah terjadwal . Orangtua menghubungi Pembina asrama/ wali kelas dan mengisi data perijinan secara lengkap di link Perijinan yang akan diinformasikan kemudian . Setelah mengajukan ijin , orangtua dapat memonitor perijinan sampe ACC ke tahap kepala sekolah / kepala asrama. Acc Perijinan akan diputuskan oleh kepala sekolah (Ketika jam sekolah ) dan kepala asrama (Ketika di jam asrama dan weekend). Setelah mendapat konfirmasi diijinkan oleh Kepala Sekolah / kepala asrama, maka orangtua silahkan menjemput Ananda dan bisa ijin meninggalkan ICM dengan membawa print out surat Ijin yang sudah ditandatangani dan distempel .

ATTENDANCE You are requested to attend the school activities daily unless there are acceptable excused with a reliable proof due to an emergency situation, illness, or unforeseen event. Each child is required to fulfill 95% of his/her effective school days. Parents will get monthly notification regarding their child's' attendance record, and if the attendance is less than 95 %, the student cannot continue to the next level. Some permission leaves will not be counted as absent if it meets the criteria as follows: One to three days of illness at home must be proven with a doctor's certificate. One day of urgent family matters, such as deceased or illness of an immediate family member (father/mother, siblings, grandparents, siblings of parents, and other family members that are living in the same house). The amount of 5% of absences includes: Family Holiday within school days. Absence without prior notification. It is suggested to schedule the vacation times around the school holidays, so that is not disrupting the school activities and learning process.

EXTRACURRICULAR 1. The objectives of extracurricular activities: Students are able to develop their knowledge and skills. Students are able to use their skills to reach the objective. Students are able to integrate different activities into one big event. 2. The duration for each activity is about 90 minutes 3. There are two types of extracurricular activity offered to the students: Compulsory: It is mandatory for all students to take the below activities.  Scout: Grade VII and VIII. Martial Arts: Grade VII,VIII and IX Optional: Students are allowed to choose below options. Sports: Soccer Basketball. Badminton. Archery. Tae Kwon do.   Arts: Music Saman Dance. Video graphy. Painting. Flag Hosting Troops (PASKIBRA).

UNIFORM NOTIFICATION Every day students are required to wear a complete uniform and socks and shoes in the full black color. In addition, Akhwat students are required to wear leggings as an inner skirt and a veil using a ciput . Those who do not use the uniform because of the Syar’i / Udzur must ask permission from the Student Affairs Vice Principal.

SCHOOL’S RULES

Tingkatan Pelanggaran Pelanggaran Tingkat 1 Pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara individu , tetapi tidak mengganggu orang lain dan tidak mengganggu kelancaran kegiatan yang sedang berlangsung . Pelanggaran Tingkat 2 Pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara individu atau kelompok yang dapat mengganggu kegiatan sekolah atau kegiatan orang lain. Pelanggaran Tingkat 3 Pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara individu atau kelompok yang dapat mengganggu kaidah kehidupan social sehingga menimbulkan kegelisahan .

Tingkatan Pelanggaran Pelanggaran Tingkat 4 Pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara individu atau kelompok yang merugikan diri sendiri dan lingkungan sekitar . Pelanggaran Tingkat 5 Pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara individu atau kelompok dengan melakukan perbuatan yang mengancam , mengganggu ketenangan , keamanan dan kenyamanan kehidupan sosial .

PEMBERIAN TEGURAN DAN SURAT PERINGATAN Teguran lisan diberikan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tingkat 1 ( satu ). b. Surat teguran tertulis diberikan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tingkat 2 ( dua ). Surat Peringatan pertama diberikan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tingkat 3 ( tiga ). Surat Peringatan kedua diberikan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tingkat 4 ( empat ). Surat Peringatan ketiga diberikan kepada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tingkat 5 (lima), yaitu berupa pemberhentian status siswa .

PENGGUNAAN LAPTOP Laptop yang diberikan kepada siswa sudah terdaftar wifi  ICM dan terinstall aplikasi pembelajaran Setiap siswa / i diberikan satu Laptop sebagai fasilitas pembelajaran Laptop digunakan untuk belajar, E-Book, Ujian, Scientific Paper, Kepanitiaan dan Student Project. Dilarang meng-install aplikasi yang tidak diperbolehkan : Media social, game dll . Laptop akan dicek secara berkala oleh wali kelas dan Waka kesiswaan . Laptop disimpan di sekolah ketika perizinan dan libur sekolah .  Laptop digunakan hanya seizin Wali Kelas atau Guru Subject.

BARANG YANG TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN DIBAWA Handphone Radio MP4/Ipod touch/elektronik yang memiliki layar sentuh Perhiasan yang berlebihan Barang dengan nilai tinggi (Sepatu, pakaian , jam tangan dll ) Uang jajan yang berlebihan ( disarankan hanya Rp. 150.000/pekan) Apabila didapatkan   menggunakan/membawa handphone, maka handphone akan disita dan dijual oleh sekolah . Adapun hasil penjuala n nya akan di gunakan untuk kegiatan Bak ti S os ial /Amal melalui ICM Amanah.

KETENTUAN DELIVERY ORDER Siswa tidak diizinkan memesan makanan di luar ICM Siswa tidak diizinkan meminta guru asrama/guru sekolah untuk membeli/memesankan makanan diluar ICM Siswa yang memiliki alergi terhadap makanan tertentu, mohon untuk melaporkannya kepada Kepala asrama .

TASYAKURAN MILAD Perayaan ulang tahun tidak diperbolehkan Namun bagi siswa / i yang ingin tasyakuran milad / do’a bersama dengan bersedekah makanan kepada teman-temannya , maka waktu diadakannya adalah ketika jam kegiatan asrama di malam hari ( wajib menyampaikan informasi sebelumnya ke pihak asrama)

PROSEDUR PELAPORAN BARANG HILANG Siswa wajib segera membuat laporan kronologi mengenai barang hilang kepada guru sekolah/guru asrama . Tidak menerima laporan kronologi kehilangan lebih dari 3X24 jam . Penanganan barang yang hilang 3X24 jam setelah pelaporan kehilangan Ditemukan/Tidak ditemukannya barang, akan ada pemberitahuan kepada siswa dan orang tua ybs .

REPORTING The student's report is in compliance with Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani Curriculum. Based on government policy, ICM has the privilege to make its report card based on each student's development. These are the progress report information: The reporting activities are held four times a year at the end of each term. There are two types of progress report sharing: Student-Led Conference (SLC): During the SLC, the student leads and facilitates the conference to communicate his/her progress toward the learning goals of the standard set in each subject to their parents and teachers. SLC will be held at the end of term one and the end of term 3. Parent-Student-Teacher-Conference (PSTC): During the PSTC, parents, students, teachers will do report discussions on student's development in each subject. PSTC will be held at the end of term two and end of term 4. Both parents and students must attend the progress report sharing. Progress report schedules for each term are written in the academic calendar.

PARENTS' ACADEMY We believe that the success of a child's education is determined by strong home-school collaboration. Parents of Insan Cendekia Madani Middle School Program are required to attend a Parenting Program conducted by the Parents Academy. The relationship between parents and the school must collaborate in harmony to ensure the education process is running well for our children. The school facilitates many activities and provides opportunities for parents to engage in the education process in school as well at home. The parental program and activities are: Attend seminars, workshops, counselling on education, and child progress updates. As volunteers, guest speakers, or sponsorship for our school events. We hope that the experiences and knowledge that our students get from this program in collaboration with you as parents will be a valuable learning process for them to be implemented in their community in the future.

COMMUNICATION E-mail Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani will send formal information through the school email. You also may send your concerns or information to our school email address [email protected] (ICM Info Center). Due to the importance of this communication system, we need parents to inform and update parents e-mail address if there are any changes, to the school administration. WhatsApp Messenger (Class Coordinator) For specific and urgent information from school, it will be sent by our homeroom teacher directly to the class parents.

COMMUNITACTION School information will be submitted through Email/WhatsApp/SMS/Phone by ICM Info Center, Homeroom and Dormitory Teachers. The homeroom will create a WhatsApp Group (WAG) that will be coordinated by the class coordinator (one of the parents) to provide information related to student's school agenda, etc. The homeroom was in the WAG only two weeks later managed by the class coordinator. When the parents want to communicate complaints, input, problems experienced by the student, so that they can directly communicate through the homeroom and dormitory teacher in a personal message and not communicated generally in the WAG due to the problems of each student is different. Homeroom: 07.00-16.00. Dormitory Teacher: 04.00-07.00 & 16.00-22.00
