Spelling and grammar Check:
On the Review tab, click Spelling & Grammar.
Word displays the issues it finds in the Spelling & Grammar dialog box.

Numbered and Bulleted lists in MS Word
In bulleted lists, each paragraph begins with a bullet character. In numbered lists, each
paragraph begins with an expression that includes a number or letter and a separator
such as a period or parenthesis. The numbers in a numbered list are updated
automatically when you add or remove paragraphs .
To turn lines of text into a bulleted or numbered list,select the text, and then, on the Home
tab in the Paragraph group, click Bullets or Numbering. Each line or paragraph becomes a
bulleted or numbered item.
Working with Tables
For a basic table,click Insert > Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight
the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table,
select Insert > Table > Insert Table. Tips: If you already have text separated by tabs, you
can quickly convert it to a table.
We can apply following operations on tables.
Adding rows and columns
Adjusting columns width and rows height
Adjusting table size
Deleting rows ,columns and tables
Shading of the cells and adding borders.
Page Setup
Page setup refers tothe process of configuring the layout and formatting settings for a
document or webpage. It involves adjusting the paper size, margins, orientation, headers
and footers, and other elements to ensure that the content appears correctly when
printed or viewed on different devices.
We can apply following option in page setup.
Header and Footer
Page Numbers
Margins
Page orientations
Spacing and indent
Use different print options
You can print your document to get a hard copy of the document
To print a document go to the file tab and select the print icon.
Use Ctrl +P shortcut to directly open the print preview screen.
