Who are “special people” There are a lot of definitions to describe disability Most of the definitions making reference that disability is a pathology (physiological, biological and intellectual). Special/Disable People are those who need special Education and related services.
International Classification of Impairments
International Classification of Impairments International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities and Handicaps Impairment refers to A physical or mental defect at the level of a body system or organ. Disability refers to person-level limitations in physical and psycho-cognitive activities, Handicap refers to social abilities or relation between the individual and the society .
Who are “special people” They include a child who has : Intellectual Disability, Hearing Impairment (including deafness), Speech or language Impairment, Visual Impairment (including blindness), Serious Emotional Disturbance, Orthopedic Impairment,
Special people include a child who has : Dysphasia an impairment of language (especially speech production ) that is usually due to brain damage Unfitness , softness poor physical condition; being out of shape or out of condition ( as from a life of ease and luxury) Disability of walking a disability that interferes with or prevents walking Astasia inability to stand due to muscular incoordination
Special people include a child who has: Amputation - a condition of disability resulting from the loss of one or more limbs Hearing disorder , hearing impairment impairment of the sense of hearing dysomia impairment of the sense of smell visual disorder , visual impairment impairment of the sense of sight

Educability Without education, no humanity . There’s no Human and half-Human equality between man . All knowledge comes through the senses.
First experiences Pedro Ponce (1578) in Spain created the first documented experience about education of deaf children (from nobility) Charles Michel (1760) in Paris created the “Institute pour surds” (Institute for deaf) Louis Braille invented “Braille script”(1829)
