We would like thank CBSE board for coming up with this wonderful idea of giving the integrated project which imbibed literary and creative skills in us. We would also like to express our most sincere and heartfelt thanks to our respected principal for her continuous guidance and support throughout the project. This acknowledgement would be incomplete without thanking our respectful coordinator (MRS .SHYAMLI SRIVASTAVA) for her guidance and contribution . We would also like to thank our class teacher (MRS.RICHA MISHRA) and all our subject teacher ( MRS SHANTA,MR PARBIND,MS NIRUPAMA,MR BASANT,MRS SUMAN and MRS SWATI)for their unstinted help personal guidance and support. Last but not the least we would like to thank our classmates for there efforts an cooperation.
What is women empowerment? It is basically the creation of an environment where women can make independent decisions on their personal development as well as shine as equals in the society. Women want to be treated as equal so much so that if a women rises to the top of her field it should be a common place occurrence that draws nothing more than a raised eyebrow at the gender.
T ypes of crimes prevelant Ancient Time Sati – It was the most horrifying evils of Indian Society in which the window was immolated alive on her husband’s funeral pyre. Purdah – Purdah is the practice among some communities requiring women to cover there well face and body so as to conceder their skin from malls. M other teresa She took the oath to serve the public throughout the life. She helped the people suffering with HIV and AIDS. She provided all medicines to them free.
S arojini naidu Sarojini Naidu was responsible for awakening the women of India. She brought them out of kitchen. She travelled from state to state, city after city and asked for the rights of women and finally re-established self esteem with in the women of India.
S habana azmi Shabana Azmi has been a committed social activist , active in supporting child survival and fighting AIDS and Injustice.

What Can we as humans do ? We should bring a change in our mentality. We should raise our voice to stop the crimes against women. We should help the women to become independent. We should help the women to acquire education and develop decision making women. We should make the people aware of the need of women empowerment. We should help the government for the proper execution of the women empowerment scheme.
Case Study Of Palak Muchal …..
Palak Muchhal (born 30 March 1992) is a singer from Indore , Madhya Pradesh , India. She and her younger brother Palaash Muchhal perform stage shows across India and abroad to raise funds for poor children who need financial assistance for the medical treatment of heart disease . As of May 2013 she has raised funds of 25 million(US$420,000) through her charity shows which has helped to save lives of 572 children suffering from heart ailments. Muchhal has made her entry in both Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records for great achievements in social work. Her work is also recognized by the Government of India and other public institutions through various awards and honors. Muchhal also performs as a playback singer for Bollywood films, she has rendered her voice in notable Hindi movies such as Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Aashiqui 2 (2013).

Conclusion Empowering women must be a united approach, a cause that requires continued attention and stewardship by all. We need to augment our efforts for empowering women and enhance their progress. It is our moral, social and constitutional responsibility to ensure their progress by providing them with equal rights and opportunities. Today women with their smartness, grace and elegance have conquered the whole world. With their hard work and sincerity, they have excelled in each and every profession. Women are considered to be more honest, meticulous, and efficient and hence more and more companies prefer hiring women for better performance and result. Nobody ever thought of this before, to give preference to female job seekers .
