Assumptions/Risks This work package assumes that: There will be a receptiveness from Government and other Higher Education Institutions to the ideas and processes outlined in it. T here is an understanding and application of internationalisation in Higher Education Institutions outside the partnership. There will be sufficient feedback and data for review, as activities will be on-going .

Description Although this is not a structural project and so does not seek to make systematic change to policy, it will provide the framework for the government of Pakistan and/or universities in the country to initiate their own strategies for internationalisation and adopt some or all of the processes. The toolkit will bring together all of the activities that the project has undertaken, providing guidelines on how they were implemented, resources and materials that support the implementation of activities, hints and tips, an analysis of the project’s activities and their impact, as well as recommendations for policy and national roll out. Although the toolkit will be most suited to the higher education system of Pakistan, it will also be available for use by other universities internationally and may be useful to countries with comparable systems such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
